DILI, Timor-Leste (April 23, 2019) – U.S. Marine Corps L.Cpl. Thien Nguyen explains the process of examining chlorine levels in water sources to Kathleen Fitzpatrick, U.S. ambassador to Timor-Leste, and Timor-Leste Defense Force members during a subject matter expert exchange as part of Pacific Partnership 2019. Pacific Partnership, now in its 14th iteration, is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
