Clay Farrington, Historian with the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, talks to Kate Melhuish of the Norfolk Master Gardeners at an Earth Day Event at Naval Station Norfolk’s Navy Exchange. Exhibitors at the event included US Navy Stewards of the Sea, NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk Master Gardeners and Virginia Cooperative Extension Program, and Naval Station Norfolk’s Public Works Division.
