190413-N-IK959-1125 NASHVILLE, (April 13, 2019) – Cocke County (Tennessee) High School Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) Cadet Ensign David Price (left), 17, from Newport, Tennessee, is inspected by Vanderbilt University Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Midshipman 1st Class Pranav Kumar, 21, from Austin, Texas, during a NJROTC/MCJROTC drill competition hosted by the Vanderbilt NROTC unit in the university’s Recreation and Wellness Center on campus here, April 13. More than 250 cadets from six Navy and four Marine Corps JROTC units in Tennessee, Kentucky and Arkansas participated in the one-day event.
