U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Jesus Cisneros inspects equipment during a maritime prepositioning force (MPF) onload April 22, 2019 at Subic Bay International Airport, Republic of the Philippines. The Marines are preparing to onload equipment that was recently used for Exercise Balikatan 2019.
