Rodriguez Jr. Cleveland, OH, native, Uniformed Victim Advocate (UVA) with Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Japan, works on day to day duties, April 15, 2019. While Rodriguez is not performing the duties of a UVA, he works as a central office repairman and a platoon sergeant.
