Marines with Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, conduct communication checks to relay information to fellow Marines during a simulated raid at Camp Lejeune's Military Operations in Urban Terrain compound, Feb. 14, 2012. This raid was the final mission for the 24th MEU's Certification Exercise with Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group, which took place Jan. 27 to Feb. 17, and included a series of missions intended to evaluate and certify the unit for their upcoming deployment.
