PALAWAN, Philippines (April 2, 2019) - Members of the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Operators and Australian Defence Force shake hands with their Armed Forces of the Philippines counterparts during Exercise Balikatan 2019 (BK19). Balikatan is an annual U.S., Philippine military training exercise demonstrating the commitment of the Philippines and the United States to our long-standing alliance by conducting maritime security operations which build partner capacity and ensures interoperability.
