Chief Warrant Officer 3 Paul Pitzer, the Warrant Officer Candidate School course manager for the Ohio Army National Guard, addresses the attendees of the Chief Warrant Officer 3 Emmanuel “Manny” Kidd Room Dedication Ceremony on Feb. 28, 2019 at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio in Columbus, Ohio. Kidd passed away in January 2015 of cancer, and this room is permanently adopted in his name.
