Priscilla Kidd, Chief Warrant Officer 3 Emmanuel Kidd’s widow, and Col. Daniel Shank, Assistant to the Adjutant General of the OHARNG, cut the ribbon to symbolize the permanent dedication of the room Feb. 28, 2019 at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio, which was previously dedicated every year since 2015. Chief Kidd passed away in January of 2015 of cancer, and this room is permanently adopted in his name.
