NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del. -- 166th Airlift Wing explosive ordnance disposal technician Staff Sgt. Dominic Buckmuse, left, and team leader Staff Sgt. Seth Kohn work to identify an exercise munition at the New Castle Air National Guard Base April 7. A team of three Airmen worked in tandem to practice decontaminating, sealing and transporting potentially hazardous materials. In addition to supporting active duty overseas missions, the 166th EOD Flight supports several local counties.
