The motion of Master Sgt. Gary Noel's hand is shown during a concert Feb. 7, 2012 at the Bishkek Russian Drama Theater in Kyrgyzstan. The band played to a packed house in celebration of 20 years of friendship between the United States and Kyrgyzstan. Noel is the lead guitarist for the U.S. Air Forces Central Band Afterburner.
