CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait -- Paula LeBov, American Red Cross employee and Camp Arifjan, Kuwait resiliency program manager, instructs a yoga class for Soldiers April 3, 2019 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. U.S. Army Central (Forward) invited LeBov to introduce the Soldiers to yoga to build resiliency. Collective physical readiness training is conducted weekly by ARCENT (FWD) to maintain physical readiness and preparedness.
