Garrison Commander Col. Hui Chae Kim, and Deputy to the Garrison Commander James A. Chen watch Garrison Deputy Commander Lt. Col. Sheila L. Coker sign the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Leadership Pledge on Jan. 23, 2019, in building 905 at Fort McCoy, Wis. The pledge is part of IMCOM’s Service Culture Initiative. IMCOM also breaks done the initiative into an acronym called SERVICE that acknowledges the command’s principles — service, excellence, respect, vision, integrity, communication, and empowerment.
