A forklift prepares to lift ILUs (government owned porta-johns) on to a semi-truck flat bed for transport to a more sufficient location within Kuwait. This was one load of more thanr 20 loads the contracting officer representative section of the Brigade Special Troops Battalion’s camp command cell was to complete in a four-day period. Time is money, and the COR section has saved the Army millions of dollars in potential waste and better contracts since arriving at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, in late July of 2011.
