The Isabela, Puerto Rico-native serves in 426th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). The 44th annual JCTE showcases the talents of more than 200 military chefs from around the world as the largest American Culinary Federation-sanctioned competition in North America.
