Pyeongtaek City Mayor Jung, Jang-Seon presents Spc. Jonathan Roman Rios, avionics and survivability equipment repairer, 602nd Aviation Support Battalion, 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division a plaque of appreciation during a ceremony at Pyeongtaek City Hall, March 28. Rios demonstrated great selflessness when he protected two local community members, an elderly woman and small child, from an unchained, aggressive dog. Col. Brian T .Watkins, commander, 2CAB, right, and other Talon leadership also attended the ceremony.
