NORFOLK (March 30, 2019) Arlene Poe, the Yellow Ribbon Program Specialist at Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Reserve Component Comand Norfolk, assists Sailors during their Deployment Readiness Training (DRT) hosted at NOSC Norfolk. DRT, a requirement for imminent and voluntary deployers, ensures Sailors are educated on all phases of deployment and the challenges associated with them. It provides Sailors and their families to resources and programs available to them before, during and after a deployment. U. S.
