HN Marlene Hernandez is a general duty corpsman assigned to the Operational Medicine Department for Branch Health Clinic Oceana Dam Neck Annex.
“I enjoy learning and providing patient care in a multitude of areas throughout the clinic,” Hernandez said.
Hernandez has been an instrumental driving force in providing top-notch medical care to 6,500 beneficiaries. She is a stellar performer who provided daily patient care, to include vital signs and medication administration, recordkeeping, supply management and collecting samples for laboratory testing. This resulted in zero patient safety reports.
