U.S. service members assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) break for meals, ready to eat (MREs) outside a C-130J Hercules at Maputo International Airport, Mozambique, March 28, 2019, for the U.S. Department of Defense’s relief effort in the Republic of Mozambique and surrounding areas following Cyclone Idai.
