Philippine Air Force Airman 1st Class Ronel Vistal explains how he lays brick to U.S. Army Sgt Loise Kargbo in Pagasa, Bataan, Philippines, for a new classroom as part of Exercise Balikatan, March 26, 2019. Balikatan is an annual exercise between the U.S. and the Philippines and comes from a Tagalog phrase meaning "shoulder-to-shoulder," representing the partnership between the two countries.
