Travis Doggett monitor aircrew vitals during flight patterns in the Fluctuating Altitude Simulation Technology (FAST) system Jan. 14, 2019 at Navy Experimental Diving Unit. The system was developed and built by Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division.
