Air Force doctors conducting tactical training at the New York Police Department's Rodman's Neck Outdoor Range in the Bronx, New York, evacuate a simulated casualty on Jan. 18, 2019. Doctors from several Air Force and Air National Guard rescue wings and special operation squadrons took part in the two week Air Force Special Warfare Medical Officer training course which was conducted by the New York Air National Guard's 106th Rescue Wing from Jan. 7 to 18.
