CAMP ARIJAN, Kuwait – Army Spc. Aaron Beireis, a human resources specialist, U.S. Army Central (USARCENT), works at his desk amending temporary change of station (TCS) orders on March 25, 2019, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
