(Mar. 12, 2019) – U.S. Navy Builder 2nd Class Amanda Miller from Renton, Washington, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, operates a jack hammer during an expeditionary rapid airfield damage repair (ExRADR) exercise on Vandenberg Air Force Base, California in support of Pacific Blitz 2019 (PacBlitz19). The ExRADR exercise tests the EOD and Seabee units’ ability to assess and repair runways enabling continued support to Navy and Marine Corps operations.
