HALEIWA, Hawaii (March 22, 2019) -- Civil Works Project Manager Jason Norris (third from left) explains the purpose of the state constructed stone breakwaters to Mary Frances Repko (center left), staff director, Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works during an overview of two proposed beach replenishment projects adjacent to Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor. Norris also provided insight to proposed project sand placement and funding streams for Repko and other delegates from the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works and the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
