GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (March 12, 2019) Rear Adm. Daniel “Dano” Fillion, Director Manpower Account Transition Office, Bureau of Naval Personnel, and native of Goose Creek, S.C., speaks with seniors at his alma mater, Goose Creek High School on March 12. Fillion was in the greater Charleston area as part of Navy Week Charleston and had the opportunity to meet with several area businesses and leaders in addition to touring the school. Navy Weeks serve as the U.S. Navy's principal outreach effort into areas of the country that lack a significant Navy presence, helping Americans understand that their Navy is deployed around the world, around the clock, ready to defend America at all times.
