190315-N-RU084-1007 SANTA ROSA ISLAND, CALIF. (Mar. 15, 2019) – Builder 2nd Class David Perryman from Beaumont, California, assigned to Underwater Construction Team 2 (UCT-2), assesses the structural integrity of a pylon during hydrography survey and pier damage assessment training at Santa Rosa Island, California in 34-foot patrol boats in support of Exercise Pacific Blitz 2019 (PacBlitz19). This training is the first time UCT-2 has worked with Coastal Riverine Squadrons and tests their ability to map areas for small craft landing enabling continued support to Navy and Marine Corps operations.
