U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Ray Davis, National Guard Bureau, Army National Guard Assistant Director of Aviation and Safety, fires the G36 rifle during the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge qualification, March 16, 2019 at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The lanes consisted of four shooting positions and 16 targets with 30 seconds to engage the targets. American and German Soldiers trained and competed together March 15-17, to build camaraderie, relationships, and enhance physical fitness and tactical skills proficiency.
