The symposium, organized by USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76)’s Nancy’s Real Talk No Rank Women’s Group and the command's Diversity Committee, also featured female leader presentations and mentoring opportunities. Fleet Activities Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
