An M1A1 Abrams tank loads onto a landing craft, air cushion at Onslow Beach, N.C., Feb. 1 for transport to the USS San Antonio to participate in Exercise Bold Alligator 2012. The beach was an embarkation point for several U.S. and coalition units participating in the exercise.
