CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (March 11, 2019) Builder 3rd Class Emily Manley from Dalton, Ohio assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5 (NMCB-5), cuts window openings for Southeast Asia (SEA) hut. NMCB-5 is building the huts during Exercise Pacific Blitz 2019 (PB19) for use by Navy Expeditionary Medical Training Institute on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton during Exercise Pacific Blitz 2019 (PacBlitz19). Working hand-in-hand, the Navy expeditionary force and 1st Marine Logistics Group capabilities complement each other in the building of advanced naval bases.
