Capt. Marco Cromartie, commanding officer, Navy Region Southwest Reserve Component Command (center) presents the RCC SW “NOSC of the Year, Large Category” award to Capt. Ronald Oswald, commanding officer and Master Chief Petty Officer Terry Delacruz, command master chief, both from NAVOPSPTCEN Hueneme. NOSCs Port Hueneme and Point Mugu won the RCC SW "NOSC of the Year" for the calendar year 2011 in large and small categories respectively. The highest honor went to NOSC Port Hueneme as the overall RCC SW "NOSC of the Year."
