Two U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules belonging to 317th Airlift Operations Group, 317th Airlift Wing, Dyess Air Force Base, TX, land at the Henry Post Army Airfield at Fort Sill, OK, to assist with 1st Battalion, 14th Field Artillery Regiment, 75th Field Artillery Brigade, cold load M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) rehearsal on March 5, 2019 in preparation for “Operation Phantom Flight” scheduled for April 2019. “Operation Phantom Flight” is a HIMARS Rapid Infiltration (HIRAIN) exercise that will test the unit’s ability to successfully load and secure the HIMARS and link with the aircraft’s Joint Precision Airdrop System (JPADS) while in flight.
