MEDITERRANEAN SEA, Mar. 7, 2019 - U.S. Marine Gunnery Sgt Marc McGlothlin, chief instructor for Corporals Course 75-19, gives the opening remarks at a graduation ceremony aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD-24), Mar. 7, 2019. The Arlington is on a scheduled deployment as part of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit and the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group in support of maritime security operations, crisis response and theater security cooperation, while also providing a forward naval presence.
