    U.S. Air National Guard commanders who make up the C-130H Weapons System Council, meet with members of Congress and their staff to discuss modernization of the Hercules aircraft, in Washington D.C., Feb. 28, 2019. Future modernization requirements discussed included eight-bladed propellers and new T-56 3.5 engines to increase performance and fuel efficiency.
