190306-N-TO792-067 EAST CHINA SEA (March 6, 2019) - Lt. James S. Hicks, U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) chaplain, from Bloomington, Ind., spreads ash on Lt. Cmdr. John J. Roviniski, from Arlington, Va., during the Ash Wednesday service in the ship's chapel. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
