WAIANAE, Hawaii (March 4, 2019) -- Kahu Glen Kila of Waianae leads the traditional Hawaiian blessing of the workers and leadership for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-managed Piilaau Army Recreation Center (PARC) seawall repair project. The $4 million project will demolish and replace 700 linear feet of the existing seawall that protects the PARC shoreline along Pokai Bay.
