Nickolas Noga, both from 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, rush “humanitarian aid” Jan. 17, after a simulated mortar attack pounds their position at Fort Carson, Colo. The soldiers were completing a Warrior Leader Course situational exercise. The multicomponent course offered at Fort Carson is organized by the 168th Regiment, Regional Training Institute. soldiers who are ready for non-commissioned officer promotions must attend WLC, which is open to all occupational specialties.
