190227-N-PA017-1076 SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 27, 2019) Builder 3rd Class Jansen Byram and Construction Electrician Constructionman Isaac Yara, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Guam-Construction, install a PERI UP scaffolding system for an overhead concrete placement for the construction of a vehicle storage building in support of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
