U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Jamie Frazier, 961st Airborne Air Control Squadron, aircraft commander, directs the flight aboard an E-3B Sentry out of Kadena Air Base, Japan, during Cope North 2019, Mar. 1, 2019, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. CN19 is a long-standing exercise designed to enhance multilateral air operations amongst the partner nations and will include humanitarian assistance and disaster relief airlift operations as well as large-force employment.
