Lt. Gen. Vincent K. Brooks (left), Third Army/ARCENT commanding general and Alexandria, Va., native, gives coins to soldiers and civilians at the Redistribution Property Accountability Team Academy here Jan. 23. The soldiers and civilians receiving coins helped move equipment from Iraq to Kuwait as part of the repositioning of troops and equipment. During Brooks’ visit, he also spoke to RPAT Academy students and fielded questions. A visit like this encourages, inspires and educates service members and civilians, the strength of our nation.
