Robert Cepek, left, the outgoing commander, Navy Expeditionary Warfighting Development Center (EXWDC), is presented with a gift from the Sailors of EXWDC during the EXWDC change of command ceremony held at Naval Air Station Oceana Dam Neck Annex. EXWDC's mission is to provide training to Navy expeditionary combat forces in advanced tactics, techniques and procedures across expeditionary combat mission areas.
