190220-N-OH861-1020 SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (Feb. 20, 2019) Construction Mechanic 1st Class Joshua James, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. San Clemente Island, makes final checks prior to detonation during blasting operations. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
