Lt. Col. Colin Fleming, an officer from the Minnesota National Guard’s 34th Red Bull Infantry Division, speaks with a lieutenant colonel from the Kuwait Land Force during a visit to a 35th Armored Brigade compound in Kuwait, Feb. 20, 2019. The Red Bulls partnered with their hosts to learn about the history of Saddam Hussein’s invasion of Kuwait and the national and international response that liberated the nation. The Soldiers, currently deployed to the region as Task Force Spartan, also visited the Al Qurain Marytr Museum to discover one story of a battle between local resistance fighters and the invading forces.
