Pearl Harbor, HI (15 February 2019) - The Commander, Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command (CNMOC) Executive Leadership Program (CELP) cohort visited the Joint Typhoon Warning Center to learn about JTWC's mission and how JTWC supports the U.S. Pacific Fleet and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. CELP selects civilians who have demonstrated leadership, initiative, and professional excellence in support of CNMOC to further develop them in leadership roles within the CNMOC enterprise. JTWC's Plans and Requirements Department Head and Senior Scientist, Mr. Brian Strahl, was selected for the FY19 CELP cohort.
