MIHAIL KOGALNICEANU AIR BASE, Romania (Feb. 20, 2019) - Soldiers with 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division based out of Fort Riley, Kansas depart their shuttle bus, organize gear and assemble for unit accountability.
