JORDAN (Feb. 19, 2019) – Brigadier Gen. Khalaf Al-Oun, officer-in-charge of Central Region Artillery Brigade, Jordanian Armed Forces, shares Mansaf with Maj. Gen. David C. Hill, U.S. Army Central deputy commanding general, and his staff Feb. 19, 2019, in Jordan. Mansaf is the national dish of Jordan and is a meal of goat meat cooked in a sauce of fermented dried yogurt and served with rice. Hill and Al-Oun met to discuss an upcoming training they will attend in the U.S.
