Command Master Chief Curtis Cassell, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 command master chief, passes the battalion flag to Master-at-Arms 1st Class Lisa Chambers to be raised to signify that NMCB 7 has assumed authority of contingency construction at Kandahar Airfield. NMCB 7 and its detachments are one of two Seabee battalions conducting contingency construction and deconstruction in support of the International Security Assistance Force as part of Task Force Forager, operating in the U.S. Central Command area of operation.
