MIHAIL KOGALNICEANU AIR BASE, Romania (Feb. 21, 2019) - A Soldier with Company C, 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division based out of Fort Riley, Kansas assembles a cable machine at the new functional fitness center here during a renovation project.
