    190219-N-DR346-1066 OKINAWA, Japan (Feb. 19, 2019) Construction Mechanic Constructionman David Cellier and Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Chad Basden, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, unchain binders from a 40-foot container after placing it onto a trailer bed to be transported for utilization elsewhere. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
